- Honed concrete coping and surrounds in Boral Snow Drift.
- Frost White Kit Kat waterline tiles.
- Alpine glass mosaic tiles to the spa spillway.
- 100% glass-bead interior in Glass Ice White with 10% Aqua.
Surrounds and fencing
- Additional concrete ramp providing pool access from the granny flat, finished to match the coping and surrounds.
- Frameless glass fencing with white spigots and white vertical-batten aluminium fencing.
