A 7 × 2.9 m inground concrete pool with a one-metre splash deck, drop-face porcelain coping and additional engineering around the rear sewer.

The pool
- 7 × 2.9 m inground concrete pool.
- One-metre splash deck for children.
- Additional engineering and approvals were required to build around the sewer at the rear of the property.
Finishes and features
- Shoreline Travertino porcelain drop-face coping tiles in 600 × 400 mm.
- 100% glass-bead interior in Glass Water Blue.
- 19 kW pool heater.
Surrounds and fencing
- 44 m² of surrounds using matching 600 × 600 mm porcelain tiles.
- Frameless glass fencing with black spigots.
- Tile-insert strip drain.
