The pool
- 8 × 3.6 m semi out-of-ground concrete pool.
- Construction access was provided through a neighbouring property.
Finishes and features
- Ash Marblano porcelain square-edge coping tiles in 400 × 400 mm, with matching surrounds.
- White Kit Kat waterline tiles.
- 100% glass-bead interior in Whitsundays.
- 28 kW pool heater.
- Exposed out-of-ground shell walls and an additional patio step fully tiled with mitred edges.
Surrounds and fencing
- 19 m² of additional concrete tiled surrounds.
- Frameless glass fencing.
