- 9 × 4 m inground concrete pool.
Finishes and features
- Ash Marblano porcelain square-edge coping tiles in 600 × 400 mm, with matching surrounds from The Pool Tile Company.
- Carrara Wavy ceramic mosaic waterline tiles from The Pool Tile Company.
- 100% glass-bead interior in Pearl.
Surrounds and fencing
- 43 m² of additional tiled concrete surrounds, including a covered poolside entertaining space.
- Frameless glass fencing with black spigots.
- Shotcrete retaining wall with a rendered finish.
